Services

The Process

Step 1 – The Initial Meeting

An obligation-free chat over a coffee, wine, beer or Zoom, as a chance to see if I’m the right fit for your special day and ask all the questions you like. I am based in South Yarra but always happy to travel or meet you half way.

Step 2 – Getting to Know You

Roughly 6-8 weeks prior to the ceremony we meet to complete all the legal paperwork and start shaping the ceremony. I’ll ask lots of questions (it’s totally okay if you don’t have all the answers yet) and get all the information I need to start drafting your ceremony.

Step 3 – The Draft Ceremony

I draft your ceremony and send it through for feedback. If you would like me to write a couples story, we organise an hour interview over Zoom. Everything is delivered via google docs allowing us both to comment, suggest and edit and together, as we tweak and refine until it feels perfect.

Step 4 – The Rehearsal (Optional)

A relaxed run-through close to the date so everyone feels confident and comfortable.

Step 5 – The Big Day

I arrive early, check everything, guide the ceremony, and ensure the moment unfolds seamlessly. Afterwards, I lodge all paperwork and provide your certificate.
